Tejon Mountain Village’s residential areas have been carefully selected to preserve important natural areas, while allowing future residents to enjoy the land’s beauty. With just one home for every 7.5 acres (net density), the community reflects the rural character of the region and is roughly the same density of the Mountain Communities residential areas.
The community plan will include a wide variety of homes – 3,450 in all – ranging from custom lots to single-family detached and attached resort homes. Construction of all of the community’s homes will be guided by a Sustainability Plan to increase energy efficiency, reduce water use and protect natural resources as well as design guidelines to ensure the aesthetic quality of the community.
