The Plan

Tejon Mountain Village is a remarkable mountain resort community - designed for those who want to protect the environment, and created to generate the funds needed to make that possible.

Central to this vision is the preservation of 80% of the community - 21,335 acres - as natural habitats and open space. Outside of this preserved open space is a carefully designed community, with a wide-range of new homes, miles of trails, exceptional amenities and a new destination resort.

Together, this large-scale conservation and sustainable community planning will further establish the Mountain Communities as a prestigious gateway for Kern County and protect the local quality of life.
